With the right mouse button, the visible screen area can be moved.
Sometimes, moving of screen area doesn't stop, if right mouse button is
released.

Reproduction is possible:
   - Press right mouse button
   - move mouse cursor to right scrollbar
   - release right mouse button whilst mouse cursor is at right
scrollbar
   - moving of screen area doesn't stop even though right mouse button
is not pressed
