[Pkg-electronics-devel] packages for Icarus Verilog and GTKwave

Hi,

I created Ubuntu PPA packages for new versions of two useful packages
for ASIC and FPGA development:
https://launchpad.net/~soc-kit/+archive/ppa

Could you please check, comment and eventually port them to the Debian
repositories.

The packages were created by reading the official Ubuntu instructions
and by modifying the existing packages. I tried to clean-up the code,
and I made sure example code is not compressed.
