[Pkg-electronics-devel] packages for Icarus Verilog and GTKwave

I agree about renaming the verilog package into iverilog.

The GTKwave package uses local copies of zlib, this is due to a
problem compiling 32bit packages on 64bit server farms used for Ubuntu
PPA, I still have to investigate the details.
