[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#549051: geda: version of the metapackage in Squeeze and Sid should be higher

The geda metapackage for lenny reflects the correct version of the 
suite. However, in Squeeze and Sid, the version number is still that of 
lenny. Even though the geda suite is the current version 1.4.3.
