[Pkg-electronics-devel] please remove libgeda from testing

Hi Debian-release,

Source package libgeda has been removed from unstable but is still in
testing. According to http://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package=geda-gaf,
that is blocking geda-gaf's transition.

Could you please remove libgeda from testing.
