Peter advised me that you have already uploaded it to mentors (though I
didn't get a notification, weird) and so I've uploaded the package now.

Thanks Peter and Ahmed for a quick fix on this one. The special guile
1.6/1.8 dependency was left over from a time when guile 1.8 didn't build
on ia64, and geda didn't need it anyway.
