  I'm still not sure if this is a correct practice or not. Yet I don't 
  see a need to reflect the original Ubuntu packager in this manner, I 
  think it is sufficient that his name is in the changelog & copyright 
  files. Also, he can be in the Uploaders field if he intends to 
  co-maintain the package in Debian.
