[Pkg-electronics-devel] Please upload dak command granting me upload permissions for following packages

Hello, 

  You've previously approved me to upload the following packages: 
  covered, drawtiming, geda-gaf, geda-xgsch2pcb, gnucap, gtkwave, gwave, 
  iverilog, pcb, verilator

  Since there have been changes to Debian Maintainer upload 
  permissions, I hope you would upload the dak command granting me 
  upload permission for those packages.
