  I just had a look at the Git repo., I'm not used to that layout, 
  what's the 'master' branch for ? I see that pkg-debian branch has the 
  packaging work.

  To Joris: are you willing to continue contributing to GHDL ? I am a 
  GHDL user (nor much of VHDL coder) myself.
