Manually trying to install the packages the buildd was trying to install
reveals the following
root at debian:/# apt-get install base-files base-passwd bash bsdutils
coreutils dash debianutils diffutils dpkg e2fsprogs findutils grep gzip
hostname init libc-bin login mount ncurses-base ncurses-bin perl-base
sed sysvinit-utils tar util-linux libc6-dev gcc g++ make dpkg-dev
debhelper libgtk2.0-dev guile-2.0-dev libglib2.0-dev libreadline-dev
guile-gnome2-dev guile-cairo-dev libgwrap-runtime-dev

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libgwrap-runtime-dev : Depends: guile-1.8-dev but it is not going to be
installed
It looks like you switched your build-deps to preffer guile 2.0 (and
debian buildds only look at the first choice)
ccing the person who requested the migration of your package to
guile-2.0 and the bug in your reverse dependency.
