all people are busy as we are on the way into the full freeze now. :)

After some other things I've was again looking into my previous
packaging work for flatcam. Some small, more cosmetic things I was
reworking and from my point of view it should be prepared now for a
upload into NEW.

@Simon
You have offered a sponsorship for the package some weeks ago, could you
please take a look into the prepared package and give me feedback if you
agree on the current state or if I should still change something? Like
before the preparation is done in the tree on my GitHub account:
