[Pkg-electronics-devel] Wrong udev-rules file in openocd/buster

Hello,

since the last update of the openocd-Package in buster, the udev-rules
file /lib/udev/rules.d/60-openocd.rules is broken. It now contains
"contrib/60-openocd.rules" (literally) instead of the actual contents of
contrib/60-openocd.rules from the openocd sources.
