If this was an NMU I'd expect it to be 2.6.1-2.1, but as it's maintained
under pkg-electronics and you're a member of that team it doesn't seem
like an NMU to me, so 2.6.1-3 is more appropriate? Also I'd expect a
debian/ tag which is not present.
