[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#793214: OpenOCD / OpenRD fix pending

Phil kindly gave me access to his OpenRD rig earlier today and I've been
able to get this working.

Firstly, the change needs to be made for ftdi_channel to be 0 instead of
1.

Secondly the changes at the start of the bug report regarding
ftdi_device_desc and adapter_khz need to be made (though I only tried
200KHz to match the Sheeva).

With both of those:
