libserialport FTBFS on Alpha [1] with:

linux_termios.c: In function 'set_termios_speed':
linux_termios.c:90:19: error: 'BOTHER' undeclared (first use in this
function)
  term->c_cflag |= BOTHER;

This is known upstream as bug #363 [2] and is fixed by upstream commit
6c8115820d2eb06ada96a48cdda7dc3467ae90d1 [3]. It does not look like
upstream has made any new formal release, nevertheless is there any
chance of getting an upload to Debian with this commit included?
