According to policy manual, it is preferrable to have docs installed in 
/usr/share/doc/<main-package> rather than /usr/share/doc/<doc-package>, 
as it would be easier for users to find.
Currently additional docs are in /usr/share/doc/geda-doc in geda-doc 
package,
docs of *geda-* packages are in /usr/share/doc/<pkgname>
