No reason to make the projects before it has been decided to move these
packages from Debian Science. ;)
I prefer to also take one at a time. In the other Salsa groups I have joined, I
have the role "Maintainer" (not "Developer"), which allows creating new
projects (but not deleting). That would be much more flexible. That also
corresponds more to how things used to be in alioth.
