If you have installed git-buildpackage you should be able to create a
new required debian/changelog entry by simply calling 'gbp dch -aR'. But
before doing this ensure you are on the branch 'debian/sid'.

The symbol file will for sure need some adjustment for kfreebsd* again,
as there are no porter boxes currently available and I don't have any
any virtual machines running kfreebsd I'm not able to provide the
required modifications right now. kfreebsd platforms are not RC so it
would be nice to have but not critical.
