Hello ghdl-llvm maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between ghdl and ghdl-gcc:

ghdl 	        :Depends: ghdl-mcode | ghdl-gcc | ghdl-llvm
ghdl-gcc 	:Depends: ghdl (= 0.35+git20181129+dfsg-2)

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems
during upgrade between stable releases, so we should try to avoid them.
