[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#903291: kicad: Regression: No longer renders 3D models

As discussed in #kicad:

After updating kicad from 5.0.0~rc2+dfsg1-3 (currently in testing) to
5.0.0~rc3+dfsg1-1, it no longer displays any 3D models. They are neither
shown in the 3D Viewer nor in the preview in the footprint properties
dialog.

It neither shows WRL nor STEP files and clearing ~/.cache/kicad/3d does 
not help either. Downgrading to ~rc2, everything works as expected.
