[Pkg-electronics-devel] Debian package for SystemC

Hi,

I have just tested the packages from the ppa (I use Debian, not Ubuntu,
so I had to find a test machine) and things seems to work as expected.

The only issue I had was when I tried to install the doc package
(libsystemc-doc_2.3.2-1~20_all.deb) as the file:

`lib/usr/share/doc/libsystemc/NOTICE`

is also present in the lib package (libsystemc_2.3.2-1~20_amd64.deb).

Thanks for the job, hopping to find the modified packages in the next
Debian stable release.
