Here am I too :). Sorry it took me this long. I've been on vacation.

I recommend once again to use uscan and the "Files-Excluded" field of 
the copyright file. It integrates very neatly with gbp.

Well I made a first attempt at packaging it [0]. I'll build it and try 
to document the workflow I use in case it is useful for both this 
question and the previous one.
