Please do upload, I would love to test it :)

Altough the arduino-builder package is not finished yet [0] I could tell
you where the arduino-builder executable would be located. Moreover
there's two files that I believe arduino looks for during the build that
could also provided by the arduino-builder package:

 * /usr/bin/arduino-builder
 * /usr/share/arduino-builder/platform.txt
 * /usr/share/arduino-builder/platform.keys.rewrite.txt

If you'd like any of this to be placed somewhere else or if those 'txt'
files are actually not needed, please let me know.
