I haven't changed anything on the CMake build options so I'd say yes here.

I've no clue. A test build some days before with an up2date source on
the 5.0 branch doesn't show this behavior any longer. So I guess this
will be solved by the next upload of the 5.0.1 release I'm currently
preparing.
