Hi Bdale,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

According to lepton-eda-1.9.4/docs/scheme-api/lepton-scheme.texi:
"The text of and illustrations in this document are licensed under a
 Creative Commons Attribution<E2><80><93>Share Alike 3.0 Unported license
 ("CC-BY-SA")."
and at least lepton-eda-1.9.4/schematic/data/gschem-icons.svg says so as well.

So please add all of them to your debian/copyright.

While you are at it, there are lots of attributions missing, especially
in the translation parts, for example:
 Copyright (C) 1998-2010 Ales Hvezda
 Copyright (c) 2009 Rosetta Contributors and Canonical Ltd 2009
 Copyright (C) 2008 Werner Hoch
