[Pkg-electronics-devel] Removed sigrok-cli Repository in science-team space

Hi Zoltan,

I have removed the competing repository of sigrok-cli from science-team
since while it had different changes than the official package it was
lagging behind in upstream version.

As a general note:  It seems you need a sponsor for your packages.  It
would be a good idea to check whether your work in Git is finally ending
up in a package upload.  If you are interested in sigrok its probably a
very good idea to subscribe the pkg-electronics mailing list and talk
about sigrok there.
