[Pkg-electronics-devel] Update to package gerbv

Hello Gudjon,

I came along the gerbv [1] packaging due some Lintian warnings [2]. As I
sometimes use this package to review gerber files I've looked into the
packaging and the Lintian issues in detail.
I fixed most of them and also updated the package to 2.6.2 which is
really just a minor update. Version 2.7.0 is in the state of a first
release candidate was published recently but for now I just wanted to
get rid of some Lintian issues.

As you currently the only left over uploading person I wanted to ask you
if you are fine if I'm adding myself to the list of the uploaders and I
go ahead with uploading all to Salsa and the archive?

Otherwise you can look at my changes and pull them from here if this is
more appropriate for you.
