$ gbp clone ssh://git@salsa.debian.org/blends-team/electronics.git
$ $EDITOR tasks/<task_file_missing_package_belongs_to>
$ git commit -a ; git push
Alternatively you can edit the files
https://salsa.debian.org/blends-team/electronics/tree/master/tasks
in Gitlab web frontend.
BTW, there is no such binary package systemc. The tasks files are
featuring *binary* packages. For libraries usually the -dev package
will be added to a -dev task. So you should probably specify to what
task you want to add libsystemc-dev (and I'd volunteer to add it if
nobody is faster than me).
Kind regards
Andreas.
