[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#885195: geda-gaf: please migrate to guile-2.2

Please try to migrate soon, and at this point, to guile-3.0 if possible.
Otherwise we might need to consider removing the package from Debian.

Sometimes it's sufficient to just update the build dependency from say
guile-2.0-dev to guile-3.0-dev and adjust some of the related versions
in configure.ac (or configure.in).

I may investigate further myself if I have time, but please don't rely
on that.
