unstable doesn't provide 5.99 based versions, instead unstable is
holding that latest stable release 5.1.10.
Due an mistake on my side they seems to be 5.99, but the packages in
unstable are 5.1.10. Note the "really" suffix in the package full name.

5.99.0+really5.1.10+dfsg1-1

Unfortunately not really, at least on my side I can't assume anything
useful to solve this problem.

But it looks to me if the KiCad isn't recognizing the full feature set
of the graphic card and disables these options.
