[Pkg-electronics-devel] Comments regarding spidev_3.5-1_amd64.changes

Hi Thorsten,

I almost never explicitly include the debian-folder into the d-copyright.
So, it is covered by the main upstream license, and maintainers' work
is documented in d/changelog. Do you think it should be included? Thanks
