[Pkg-electronics-devel] Request for sponsor and review of binutils-sh-elf

Dear Electronics Team,

I've prepared a package for binutils-sh-elf which I may follow up with
gcc-sh-elf sometime. My primary motivation is to get the libre carl9170
wireless firmware, currently in firmware-linux-free, to build from
source. It's my intent that it be useful for other purposes (no custom
patches are required).

Note that this is destined for experimental so it can build against
Binutils 2.36. 

Lintian incorrectly thinks I'm missing support for some make targets so
I've filed a bug for this (#983539).
