[Pkg-electronics-devel] make Salsa repository for binutils-sh-elf

Hi,

I've found a potential sponsor for binutils-sh-elf which I plan to
maintain within the team's namespace. Could someone make me a bare Git
repository in the toolchains folder at, say,
https://salsa.debian.org/electronics-team/toolchains/binutils-sh-elf?
My username on Salsa is 'jscott'.
