[Pkg-electronics-devel] Latest KLayout

Hi all,

I sent a message a few months ago regarding packaging for KLayout but I got
busy and didn't get a chance to follow up. By now there's been a few more
releases and I've gotten the latest (0.27.11) packaged up for Debian.

The source can be found on my fork (
https://salsa.debian.org/thomasdorch/klayout) of the Debian Electronics
KLayout repo (https://salsa.debian.org/electronics-team/klayout). (Note
that the electronics-team KLayout repository is set to private so I think
my fork is only visible if you're signed into Salsa as well)

If anyone is available to work with me on getting this into the archive I
would greatly appreciate it.
