[Pkg-electronics-devel] Joining/ contributing to pkg-electronics

Hello,

I've received access to Salsa now and I note that there is a fix that
handles the above referenced Ubuntu issue.  From a team perspective, what
happens next?  Are a select few allowed to merge?
