It looks like noise from the latest librnd version is causing a pcb-rnd
test failure.  There is no operational bug in either the library or the
application pcb-rnd.

Upstream reports this is already fixed in their tree, and will
apparently be in the next librnd release due in March.  Upstream really
hates when I pull patches out of his tree to make off-cycle updates, so
unless this actually causes someone an operational problem with the
existing binary packages, my intent is to just package the next librnd
release as soon as possible.
