[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#967685: Bug#967685: pcb-rnd: depends on deprecated GTK 2

A brief update.  HID support for pcb-rnd now comes from the librnd
package.  The upstream for both was convinced to add suppport for GTK 4
to librnd, and that support is now functional and should be included in
the librnd release planned for March 2021.

So, by the time the decision should be made to drop GTK 2 support in
Debian, pcb-rnd should be able to use GTK 4 instead.
