[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#1003537: Missing perl dependency in verilator

Without perl installed, running verilator errors out with the following
message:

/usr/share/perl/5.32 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at /usr/bin/verilator line

This suggests dependency on at least perl-modules-5.32.
