[Pkg-electronics-devel] verilator status

Verilator as packaged in Debian is a bit stale - 4.038 (Jul 11 2020).
I tried a couple ways to reach Ahmed El-Mahmoudy, the de-facto
package maintainer, and never got a reply.

IANADD, but I build (and test) Verilator from source "all the time".
Is there any way I can help get an updated Verilator into Debian testing?
