[Pkg-electronics-devel] Set Electronics team as gplcver Maintainer ?

Hello,

  gplcver hasn't been cared for by NIIBE Yutaka since 2007. I've worked 
  on it on 2009 (an NMU), 2015, and I've done some work on it today too. 
  I am suggesting to add the package to Electronics team maiintainership 
  and adding myself and NIIBE as uploaders. Yet this project has not 
  been maintained by upstream for about 2 decades, actually it has been 
  removed from upstream website several years ago. On the other hand 
  gplcver's advantage over the other Verilog simulators is that it is 
  faster. So what do think ?
