[Pkg-electronics-devel] Request for Salsa Maintainer access, at least for the sh-elf toolchain I maintain

Hi,

I'm already a team member with Developer privilege, but I am hereby requesting Maintainer privilege, at least for binutils-sh-elf and gcc-sh-elf. I have discovered the wonders of Salsa CI and since I'm extremely proud of the autopkgtests that gcc-sh-elf has, I need Maintainer privilege in order to enable and maintain it, which need not be a one-time thing. I would also like to change the repo configuration so that it always does a "fast forward" when considering merge requests, which I concede is mostly a matter of personal taste.

I'm aware gcc-sh-elf has an RC bug; I'm about to fix it and get carl9170fw in shape (using an admittedly hideous workaround at that).
