[Pkg-electronics-devel] gcc-arm-none-eabi: I found the problem!

Hey, I think I found the problem! It turns out the combined tree wasn't actually getting made, the symbolic links to Newlib's directories were broken. If this works out, I think I'll have a merge request ready today.
