[Pkg-electronics-devel] Drawtiming, offer of repair/adoption

Hello again,

I have finished repairing drawtiming. It took a little bit more 
that just applying the upstream patch. See d/changelog for 
specifics.

The commits can be found at 
https://salsa.debian.org/aagonrambosson/drawtiming.

I have added an autopkgtest with the upstream tests, so we should 
be able to reap the migration bounty.

I gather from the mailing list that Mr. El Mahmoudy has been 
inactive for a long time, I will therefore need someone else to 
review and upload the package.
