Why would I do that?  This is a simple ABI change resulting in a shared
lib version change, and all of the dependent applications are already in
unstable waiting for this version of librnd to clear NEW to enable
autobuilding.

I understand the rationale in the linked email, but as I no longer read
debian-devel on a regular basis I was unaware of it until now.  As I
manage all of the relevant packages, and all have already uploaded
everything that depends on this library, treating it as a 'transition'
seems like overkill? 

If I *must* upload this to experimental, I will, but the delay of game
has no apparent value to me in this circumstance.  I would strongly
prefer you just accept this package into unstable.
