I'll try to contact you offline the list once I've picked things 
together and we can try coming together by email for getting verilator 
updated before the hard freeze for bookworm is starting.

I've taken a look into systemc yesterday, prepared an update for the 
symbols file of systemc just to realize that Accelera now has a project 
space on GitHub and also a new version for systemc prepared.

Finalizing the new upstream version packaging will take some more time 
but should be disable within a week.

I've planed to switch the maintainership for systemc and verilator so 
the Debian Electronics group will be the maintainer given that Ahmed 
El-Mahmoudy is away that long time and the VCS is already placed within 
the Electronis group on Salsa.
If Ahmed want's to revert this if he will be active again I'm absolutely 
fine with this.
