yes, there is a lot of movement and progress under the hood.

I was able to get things together and have a WIP state nearly ready for 
a upload to unstable later today or tomorrow.

There is a small issue left about missing man pages which I want to fix 
after upstream pointed to the need help2man needs to be around.
