did you noticed you writing to an already closed bug report?

This issue was closed due an uploaded version 7.0.1.
The reason why KiCad 7.x will not get included within the bookworm 
release was written in my first answer to the bugreport.

If you are using unstable/testing you can still install the relevant 
packages from experimental mostly to get the most recent version of KiCad.
