Dear Electronics Team.

Unless I am missing something, I do not have permission to upload to NEW
as a non-DD. The interface version and name change is unfortunate but
necessary to avoid breakage.

The (experimental) package and upstream tarball is in the team repo [1]
master and pristine-tar branches respectively. The recent work on
modelgen-verilog depends on it...

Could anybody please upload it? I understand that It should be possible
for me to upload subsequent releases.
