   - Installed the kicad-8.0.6+dfsg-1~bpo12+1 package in Bookworm via bookworm-backports

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   - Tried to launch the pcbnew application within kicad
  
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   - "Application cannot start" dialog with the following details:
   01:56:51 PM: Failed to load shared library '/usr/bin/_pcbnew.kiface': /usr/bin/_pcbnew.kiface: undefined symbol: _ZNK15Message_Printer4SendERK26TCollection_ExtendedString15Message_Gravity
   01:56:51 PM: Failed to load kiface library '/usr/bin/_pcbnew.kiface'.
   01:56:51 PM: Error loading editor.
   01:56:51 PM: Application cannot start.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
   - I expected pcbnew to run normally

Reported to KiCad project as
https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/issues/19246 and was told it was a
packaging issue to be reported to the Debianbug tracker
