[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#1089063: kicad: pcbnew does not launch, error missing symbol

I will have to get back to you on this.  I've already installed a newer 
libocct from source, as well as built KiCad 8 from source (my long-term 
plan anyway, as I maintain my own fork) and got around the problem.  So 
my libTKernel won't have the same checksum as what was originally installed.

To keep chasing this, though, I'll spin up a VM and see if I can 
recreate the issue in order to answer your questions.  Kindly give me a 
few days, as my schedule is quite packed this month thanks to various 
organizations' holiday activities.
